- The ability to prepare and complete all required site documentation, including equipment inventory, on-site installation changes and ‘As-Built’ modifications, Optical assignments, Power assignments, Alarm assignments, Station drawing and Terminal System Design changes;
- Perform customer and internal organization sign off procedures;
- Create and implement Method’s Of Procedures (MOP’s);
- Perform daily electronic status reporting to both customer and internal organization upper management;
- Track and manage logistical movement of materials and equipment
- Possess a sound understanding of telecommunications equipment, test equipment, and testing principles and practices;
- Proficiency in the use of field telecommunications test equipment, the ability to read and understand test procedures and to read and comprehend schematic diagrams;
- An ability to complete complex testing and administrative tasks with minimal supervision and guidance;
- A complete understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Office application programs;
- The ability to complete all required site documentation, including test results, inventory, sign-off paperwork and as-built engineering designs with minimal supervision and guidance;
- The ability to provide professional on-site representation and to interact and problem solve with customers
- Possess a complete comprehensive understanding of telecommunications equipment, test equipment and testing principles and practices;
- Proficiency in operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of field telecommunications test equipment, the ability to read and understand complex test procedures and to read and comprehend schematic diagrams;
- The ability to develop and thoroughly document complex testing procedures;
- The ability to manage multiple field testing teams, develop workloads and monitor team progress;
- The ability and temperament to provide standard and senior testing personnel with expert guidance on testing procedures and the operation of test equipment;
- A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Office application programs;
- A master’s understanding of all required site documentation, including test results, inventory, sign-off paperwork, and as-built engineering designs;
- The ability to provide professional, knowledgeable on-site representation and to interact and problem solve with all customers
