Americas II

The fiber optic submarine telecommunications cable system Americas-II became ready for service around August 2000.  The system has a length of 8373 Kilometers and is owned and/or operated by a consortium consisting of AT&T, C&W Networks, CANTV, Corporacion Nacional de Telecommunicaciones, Embratel, Entel Chile, Level 3, Orange, Portugal Telecom, Sprint, Tata Communications, Telecom Argentina, Telecom Italia Sparkle, Verizon.

Americas-II has landing points in Venezuela, French Guiana, Brazil, United States, Martinique, Trinidad and Tobago and Curaçao.

Our personnel assisted with the installation in Brazil, Florida, and Martinique
